Tournament Rules

General Rules

Ludo Warrior Tournament rules are simple as follows;

To ease the Tournament Gameplay access, we have no opponent on the board.
You will be assigned Blue tokens in open positions which require no specific number (1 to 6) to move the tokens.
The other 12 tokens (4 yellow, 4 green, 4 red) are distributed across the board having specific numbers of points to score on kill.
Complying with Fairplay;
1. All the above-mentioned 12 tokens positions will be the same for each player competing in the tournament for each entry.
2. On each entry, tokens will change their positions on the board followed by specific points to score on kill to keep the excitement of the gameplay.
3. All players will get an equal number of 1 to 6 on their dice for each entry distributed differently by RNG.
4. An additional move will be provided on token killing and reach the token at home only.
5. An additional move dice roll will provide a chance to earn additional points and will be managed by RNG.
All players will have 36 moves in a tournament entry to score maximum points.
All players will be provided with 10 seconds of time to roll the dice and make the move. No extra time will be allowed.
If players fail to roll a dice or make a move within 10 seconds, their move will get skipped. If a player's move gets skipped 3 times, they will be eliminated for the entry and scored points till the elimination will be considered their final points for the said tournament entry.
To score a point - a player must roll the dice and then select a token they would like to move. If a player has rolled the dice and failed to select a token for a move, they will lose the points of rolled dice for said move.
Each tile of the board has 1 point.
Each kill will provide a player, points of tile moved, and points of a killed token.
1. You got 6 on a dice roll and killed a token with 1 point, your final score for said move will be 7.
2. You got 1 on a dice roll and killed a token with 49 points, your final score for said move will be 50.
The player needs to kill the maximum tokens as possible, move the token across the tile, and reach their assigned tokens at home.
To get a specific rank in a tournament, you must score higher than other players competing in the tournament.
Based on your scored points, you will be listed on the Leaderboard with your rank, username, and sum of your scored points.
Once the tournament is over, the result will be declared and all players will get rewarded as per the prize distribution mentioned by the leaderboard rank for said tournament.

Point Calculation

1 tile = 1 point
Killing token = points of killed token + moved tiles points
Reaching home = 50 points

Tie(s) Scenarios

As it is a multiplayer tournament, all players competing in the tournament will have passion to get ranked on the top of the leaderboard and some of the players might get similar points. In that case, we will have an equal split rule to distribute the reward followed by the below formula.

Sum of Rank Rewards divided by Nos of players who scored specific same points.

For example;

In said scenario, both players A and B have scored the same points so they will get the reward as below;
- Reward Distribution between players A and B will be 1000 + 800 / 2 = 900
In said scenario, all players C, D, E, F, and G have scored the same points so they will get the reward as below;
- Reward Distribution between players C, D, E, F, and G will be 700 + 600 + 500 + 400 + 300 / 5 = 500
